Refund Policy

Once the service fee has been paid and the customer chooses not to proceed, the amount is non-refundable. Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

— The claim or transfer cannot be completed due to failure on our part, or Accountability for the claim has not been accepted or actioned by FundWise.

— At FundWise, we stand by our commitment — if we take ownership, we see your PF issue through to closure.
